Veterans Gratitude Week - November 7-16, 2025
Veterans Gratitude Week is an annual, week-long celebration to raise funds to serve more veterans, military families, and community. It helps provide veterans, their families, and supporters with free Yoga and mindful resilience practices.

The practice of Yoga Nidra connects you to your deepest ability to rest and rejuvenate yourself. It is my honor to hold space for you as I guide you in this rest practice in order for you to help restore yourself.
This practice requires no movement. You can receive this offering in the comfort of your bed, a sturdy chair, or on your mat.
Lovingly offer yourself all the support to curate ultimate comfort in mind and body. Yoga gear such as blocks and bolsters, your favorite blankets and pillows, an eye covering like a light towel or eye mask for darkness if you wish are encouraged for this practice.
